From Stay-at-Home Mom to Travel Entrepreneur

Before the birth of her son, Harry, in 2019, Lewis held a career that spanned from working as a holiday representative in Spain to serving as a sales and marketing director. Following a series of miscarriages, she prioritized family, selling her bridal shop and downsizing her lifestyle to live on her husband Ross’s income. By 2022, however, the lack of professional purpose left her feeling unmoored, prompting a search for a career model that could coexist with her responsibilities as a mother.

In February 2023, Lewis launched an independent travel agency, operating from her home in Essex. By leveraging the licensing of an established firm, she bypassed the need for traditional office hours, often managing luxury bookings for honeymoons and safaris directly from her bedroom. This shift restored her financial stability and allowed for family travel, while also providing a template she now shares with other women looking to balance career ambitions with motherhood.
