Taylor will remain based in New York, partnering with Bobby Shoraka to lead the division. Her transition follows a brief tenure at Barclays, which she joined in 2023 after a decade-long career at Goldman Sachs. While at Barclays, she played a key role advising on high-profile transactions, including the initial public offering for Hinge Health.

She is expected to officially join the firm once her garden leave concludes. Both Morgan Stanley and Barclays declined to comment on the appointment. This hiring cycle reflects broader competitive pressures among major banks looking to bolster their rosters with veteran dealmakers who possess deep expertise in high-growth internet and technology sectors.
